How does your online personal training program work?
My Online personal training service is a comprehensive fitness coaching approach that involves years of experience as a personal trainer to design an individual workout program and custom meal plan that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in swift yet healthy fashion, and I believe most importantly in a way that you can actually maintain, by establishing lasting lifestyle habits.
Your program will be designed on a bespoke basis based on you providing me information about your exercise history, current fitness levels, personal logistics (by way of gym access, home fitness equipment etc.). Remember that whilst there are some great governing principles with regards to exercise and nutrition, my service seeks to combine the exact set of variables that will give you the confidence that your program is going to work for you, essentially my role is to remove all guesswork from your health and fitness pursuits and give you the confidence that perhaps for the first time, every effort you take from here on is contributing to your success. What happens after my initial program, can I continue working with you?
Absolutely, I believe it’s important to commit to at least 60 days as our initial period of working together as this is an ideal time frame for us to achieve excellent results and also form lasting habits.
Following the initial program, we can move forward on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time.
Who is this coaching program for?
That’s a great question, typically speaking those that are in the best position to succeed on the program are those that are looking for a permanent solution to their health & fitness challenges, which means being willing to work in a moderate and maintainable way.

What level of accountability do provide?
I pride myself on the level of support and availability I offer my clients, your program will begin with a comprehensive onboarding call with me where we’ll discuss the program and expectations from it. As soon as the program starts, you’ll have daily instant messaging support always delivered by me personally, plus a weekly evaluations and bi-weekly check-ins where we can exchange written or video messages providing a very high level of accountability throughout your coaching program.
How will this work if I travel frequently?
For those that travel frequently, this service is perfect, as I am able to adapt your program based on hotel gyms, or even move to bodyweight training if you don’t have access to equipment. I can work with you to adapt your program to the circumstances of your travel plans.
How did you start coaching? What is your background?
I created iAmLIFT to service as a philosophy to be applied not only in fitness, but more importantly in life. To Learn Invest Focus Train (LIFT) is an approach I encourage each of my clients to apply in their fitness journeys as well as their life journey. I’ve helped hundreds of individuals with an array of goals set, meet, & exceed their expectations. As a former manager in the hospitality industry, I was expected to relate & help any guest no matter how big or small the issue. I approach fitness in the same manner. Regardless of your past, current condition, big, small, athletic, non-athletic, etc. I can & will help you achieve your goals.
Do I need to have gym access of fitness equipment to work with you?
No, because each program is written on a customized basis, I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you. Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some pieces of equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.
